The Eagles took second place at the Wesco 4A Championships, for both boys and girls track and field teams, at home on Friday, May 10, and snatched up the Wesco North Championship title in the process.

Ferndale, a lone 3A team in the Northwest Conference, takes the fourth district qualifying spot automatically, putting pressure on the Chargers to make it into the top three teams in Wesco 3A North.
