The EDGE: Raising money, spirits through improv | Bainbridge Brief

Earlier this month, the Bainbridge improv group The EDGE helped raise more than $600 for the Bainbridge Helpline through an extra benefit show. They play their third show of the month, a rarity, at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 31 at Bainbridge Performing Arts 200 Madison Ave. on Bainbridge. After that, the next chance to catch the Edge won’t be until March 7.

From her hostpital bed, her mother said to her business savvvy, law school attending daughter, “But you’re going to be a writer.” Those were prophetic words, Hannah relates in her online biography. Words she never forgot. She was shocked to hear that her mother actually believed she could be a writer. And from that hospital bed they began collaboration on would become “the worst, most clichéd historical romance ever written,” Hannah’s biography reads.
